If you choose to make a reservation, payment by check should be sent via regular mail. Please do not send certified or registered mail. Please make your check out to "Edward Barker" and mail it to the above address. Please send an email notifying me that your check has been mailed. At this point, I will place a "Temporary Hold" on the villa for the dates requested. Once your check has been received, your reservation will be confirmed via email and a written confirmation will be mailed to you. If payment is not received within one week, the "Temporary Hold" will be removed.
Cancellations: For 5 bedroom homes, requests for cancellation must be received at least 60 days in advance of your arrival in order to receive a refund. For one bedroom villas, requests for cancellation must be received at least 30 days in advance of your arrival in order to receive a refund.
